1) "Rape" wouldn't be an issue if we lived in ethnically homogenous countries. If it were only white people here, rape (as you know it) wouldn't exist.
2) "Rape" allegations get overblown in general because all perceived coercion is treated the same as hardcore "beaten to an inch of your life" rape.
3) The whole perpetuated meme around dick sizes make rape even worse. The truth is that most of how have very "average" (aka TINY) ~5inch penises and that 8+inch hogs are the rare exception, but when it comes to rape it will be assumed that the rapist has a gigantic penis which makes the act of rape even more brutal as he forces his huge penis into the victim's hole.
