This is bullshit. People keep talking about the "average age of china" and how they're getting old, not realizing china has over 1 fucking billion people living there. The average age could be 55 but they'd still have more young people than every country except india. The fact that population is decreasing creates more space for young people in the future to explore, build and create a better china. I don't understand why western elites struggle to understand this, population curves matter when it comes to normal populations, like europe, russia or japan. China is equal to 14 japans in population and doesn't have political parties constantly catering to the elderly by selling out the young. The communist party will not care if the old die, and they've spent decades stirring national sentiment in their youth.
