Have you lost your mind? It stove popes or jams every magazine. That's horrendous. They have the literal worst failure rate of any modern in production handgun, and you'd know that if you ever went to the range. They are bulky as shit. I know we want to encourage niggers to buy them so we don't want to talk trash about Hi-Point but the people buying them for crime can't read.
The triggers are mushy garbage, the barrel wobbles even when the slide is back. The springs are made out of a low quality steel and wear out. If you keep a Glock mag loaded in a drawer, it's basically good for a lifetime. But Hipoint will have the spring wear out and within a year it will stop loading all the rounds. They are complete dogshit guns, practically the worst available. Certainly the worst gun of it's popularity. They can even fire when dropped. They are so shitty it's not even funny.
The top thing you want form a gun is reliability, and that takes high quality hardened steel alloy parts and high quality springs. You want consistent triggers from model to model so you could have a car gun, a carry gun, a house gun, and have them all operate and feel similar. Glock is sort of the entry point on this, though I think you can do better with a Beretta, Smith & Wesson M&P, XD, or several other brands.
The only pro about HP is the price, which is stupid. Your life may depend on this device, it must work, even it if sat in a drawer for 15 years.

I had such high hopes for the Rhino but I find it unpleasant to shoot. Under barrel revolvers are cool, but they put the barrel so low it's a straight back push. I know that was the idea, but it's really uncomfortable. I know a record was made with one, but I strongly prefer the Mateba, the barrel is a little higher, so it reduces most muzzle rise but without feeling way different than other guns. If you ever get the chance try one out.
