I think they were an Indian tribe from what would be modern day Pakistan. They were quite dark, tall and well endowed according to the arab scholars of the time.

The "Zutt" people refer to the Jats from the Indus Valley region, who migrated to parts of the Middle East and became known to Arab sources as Zutt. Historically, they were a significant nomadic community with roots in modern-day Pakistan, primarily in Sindh and Balochistan, and the name "Zutt" was often used broadly by Arabs for various tribes, including camel-herding communities.
