However, when a product is advertised as "THCA HEMP FLOWER" that means it's federally legal hemp flower that can be sold pretty much anywhere with little regulation. The federal limit on THC content in THCA Flower is something like 0.5% Meaning it will do fuck all.

Real get-you-high weed from a dealer or dispensary will have anywhere between 10-30% THC content, sometimes more, sometimes less. But far more than the 0.5% that you're getting when you're buying THCA Hemp Flower.
