Too many of us have come to the recognition that not all the queers are totally fucked.

What our position should be, is that the collective good (of OUR group, specifically) should supersede the personal.
So the queers who want amnesty would have to recognize that their lifestyle is not an ideal, and should not be promoted, even if they are too fare gone down that path to ever really be anything else.
I do not believe people are "Born that way" - but I can see that the injuries and deficiencies people acquire throughout their lives, often trouble them until they day they die.
Not everyone can escape the gravity of fate.
