How do we fix the male ugliness crisis?

Women are no longer forced to marry men due to financial reasons, in fact young women make more than young men. They only marry men they find attractive, but it's so few men who are attractive.

If it isn't fixed the birth rate will continue dropping due to women no longer wanting to marry and have children with majority of men.

And no, she doesn't need to be neither lesbian nor fat to feel this way. I personally know 2 women who are not overweight, and are in fact very attractive. But they completely self-eliminated themselves from the dating market (pretty much are still virgins) because they complain about the exact same issue: "All men are ugly. I'm a 8/10 and I won't waste my time on a 2/10 guy."

It's important to understand that women never really mean what they say, because they never understand their own feelings anyway. They try to make shit up with words to find excuses for their behaviour, but deep down women are experiencing a biological/neurological crisis.

Easy access to sex + high pool of males to choose from + high competition against other females = makes women feel increasingly insecure/unsafe about their own value, and confuses their natural instincts of mate-selection. Everything feels "not good enough" or "not safe enough" for them today.

Combine this with the modern-value system of western societies, where everything is about individual rights, individual needs, and zero responsibilities = and you get a woman who's not only insecure about your own worth and about her options, but also a woman who refuses to comprehend that it's HER JOB to turn a man into a man of her dreams. She needs to secude him, make him fall in love with her, and make him do everything for her, even if that means adjusting or improving his personal image for her. But women don't do this because they don't understand that desired results require effort. They just want the finished product handed to them on a silver plater.

Women think most men are ugly because women judge men they don't know more harshly compared to men they're familiar with, and we're in the Age of Isolation.

Men judge women mostly on looks, women judge men mostly on personality.
It's only the rare 10% super-model Chad's, in which they're so good looking women go bananas regardless, where this doesn't apply - the exception. Most of the time, your average couples, most couples, are with each other primarily due to "chemistry" or personality compatibility, with looks in second.
I'm not saying looks don't matter, but personality, definitely matters more.
