Nigger in 1995 the median new home was about 114k and the median size was just over 2k square foot
The median home in the US now is 410k and 1800 sqare foot.

When you adjust both for inflation, the boomers would have been playing fucking $105 per square foot. in 2025 we are paying 223 per square foot.

Litearlly suck all of my cock if you expect me to pay 223 bucks for a fucking foot of land.

i did that above.
The median income (Average is thrown way the fuck off by outliers so median is better for this) you find that the median home price was 114k and the median house hold income was 66k meaning that in 1995 the house hold income was half of the median cost of a home.

In 2025, the median home is 410k and the median income is around 8k, meaning hat the average house hold makes only 20% of the cost of a new home. ATOP THAT.
Median rent when adjusted for inflation was 1000 in 1995, and currently is sitting around 2000 in 2025.

nothing new under the sun. It's the same shit as boomers dogging millennials for avocado toast. Yes, paying 10 dollars a day for some bullshit coffee-like diabetes drink is not fiscally responsible. But the fact of the matter is that dumb consumer spending on starbucks or labubus or whatever doesn't change the fact that modern wages are the worst ever when compared to what it takes to actually afford basic milestones like a house. Yes, you should be making your own coffee at home for pennies. But not going to starbucks isn't going to change the fact that nobody can get a decent job, even after getting a "good" degree (and wasting all that time and going into tons of debt) and cannot afford a place to live.

Not even that. We took a tour to a mountain town, $100 for both of us. In the US, it would have been like $800 for both of us. Hell, if you made a slight above minimum wage salary there, you could eat out every single day. Only cheap Chinese junk is cheaper here and le iPhone. Being able to live and enjoy life is expensive as hell. Everything is commodified. Romance there is the standard. Here in the US, it has been commodified so a $10 bouquet of flowers or a handmade item costs like $100 here.

The average American is also so atomized and individualistic that they not only have more expensive expenses and have to pay more non-negotiable expenses because of American life, but because they have to do everything on their own, it creates a wider consumer base. Instead of a multi-generational family paying $60 / month for internet, it would be 3 or 4 "households" each paying $60 / month. The stigmatization of living at home is a feature, not a bug, off of demoralizing and leeching off the American goyim.

The answer is to move in with your Boomer parents/grandparents and live in a multi-generational household utilizing them as live-in babysitters and spending quality family time with them to create a strong, homogeneous White community that are all voting in each other's interests. That's what the Silent Generation did with the Greatest Generation and it's what lead to the economic prosperity the Boomers enjoyed.

The jews don't want you to know or do that because it would work and there's nothing they can do to stop you. It also gets everyone on the same page. If your parents don't want to listen to you they sure will listen to their parents when they call them up and tell them you have to live with them because the jews are doing X, Y, Z.

Then you can protect them from scammers and insure they are debt free when they pass so you can inherit their homes. It will be almost impossible for jews to invent some B.S. reason to assume control of their properties when you can prove you've been living in it for 10+ years and have all of the Boomer's finances saved in local and physical copies.

This exactly. If you were living with your parents/grandparents along with your spouse and all of you were splitting the bills it would be a cakewalk. That's why jews will never stop attacking people who do it.

Imagine being able to redpill your parents and grandparents while they're still alive and still voting. They can't attack us all. They rely on keeping our house divided.

This is the logical move given how things currently are for the average man, but culture and societal expectations have not caught up with economic realities. There's still a MASSIVE stigma against young people (men in particular, nobody really gives a shit if a girl is at home or even a NEET). You're immediately written off as a loser, a basement-dweller. Radioactive in the dating game. Parents will resent you because they cannot comprehend how different things are today vs 30 years ago.

I'm fortunate enough to have a high paying job and able to comfortably own my own place. But it was a long struggle to get to where I am, and I did have to live at home after college for a long period of time, and deal with that stigma. Empathize with all my bros out there who will never be so fortunate. Especially the ones whose boomer parents straight up hate them for still being at home or actually kick them to the street.

>If you were living with your parents/grandparents along with your spouse and all of you were splitting the bills it would be a cakewalk.

Exactly. There's just so many benefits to a multigenerational, extended family household, it's actually insane. I live in an area that doesn't look down on it (Western Pennsylvania), and let's say a household of 6. Even if you each worked a shitty job for $10 / hour, that's $120K / year. Though it won't be the same as a small family of 3 making $120K, if two lose their jobs even, the quality of life of the household will barely be effected, meanwhile, if that small family loses just one earner, they could end up evicted if they have an expensive mortgage/cars/ etc.

Also this is uniquely an American thing. In Europe and everywhere else, men aren't stigmatized at all for living at home. In fact, it may actually be seen as a bad thing if they want to move out. My Peruvian girlfriend's mother still treats my girlfriend's brother like he were 10 years old and still needs his mother. Hahaha. Absolutely no stigma living at home there as a male.

Gen Z is fucking AWFUL, let me tell you why. Back when I was a kid in the early 90’s, climate change was SUPER fucking bad. The air would get real bad during the day because of all the industry, so my mom made me go outside and gather the day’s air in bags each morning just before sunrise. I had to fight early bird niggers and jews who were also out because they need a TON of air due to the size of their noses. Anyway, Bill Linton and Al Gore were really able to get some true bipartisanship going and they fixed the climate change. But I want you to think for a second how hard I had it, and just try to imagine life without caffeine ok?

The drug is being born after ww2 but alive by the 60's. Simply boomer things. Their part time summer jobs paid for college and the left over money was enough to buy a muscle car. They did it, and they know it wasn't difficult. But getting them to realize they actually really did have it fucking easy cannot and will not register in their minds.

can confirm, i headed up an isp in california during the dot com rush. housing prices consistently fell from 1990 to around 1995. but the economic miracle of the internet happened, it was an unreal era. for averagefags involved in tech, a one-bedroom condo in a posh neighbourhood was a year's salary. a beautiful, huge house on a large plot of land was 3-4 times your annual pay.

petrol was $0.89/gallon, and $30 jewbux would fill an entire shopping trolley. everyone was getting rich and living the good life. that was the pinnacle of mutt civilisation.

That’s the power of subconscious psychology anon. If they were to believe it, that would mean there’s major problems. Admitting that would also mean they share in the guilt by association because their generation had most of the power.
By denying the premise altogether they maintain their fantasy reality, and can go on believing they too are a good person.

Like I said, social norms take time to catch up with economic realities. It's always been the case that this was more normal in europe, due to that continent's geography and history compared to america. Europe is more urbanized with cities thousands of years old. Housing has always been more expensive there, and the ideal of extended families living together goes back to the days of serfdom and beyond. Compare that to America's pioneer history. Empty continent, settlement, land free for the taking, a spirit of individualism and so on. And that all worked when a guy could graduate highschool, get a local job at the corner store, and support a wife and six kids comfortably on one salary. Sadly that's still the expectation even though it's just not the way things work anymore.

And then that gets into the female expectations of men have only gotten higher and higher despite the economic situation going in the reverse, but that's a whole different can of worms. But it certainly doesn't help that american women view so much instagram "influencer" content that they think it should be standard to be a pampered stay-at-home-girlfriend by some 24-year-old instagram male model millionaire who takes her on yachts and monthly international vacations.

This area is dismal, boring, and filled with fat white trash and Boomers. It's horrible socially as a young person. Our house would have been around $70K 15 years ago while a house like mine in Montana would have been $150K. Now our house is worth only like $110K and that Montana house is worth $500K. One article would blame us for killing entire industries of the consumer economy while simultaneously being blamed for engaging in too much consumer spending as the reason we can't afford houses. We destroyed entire industries because we didn't have the money to buy their worthless shit. Our entire generation got judged by the spending habits of liberal trust fund babies while most of us struggled to pay rent while having decent jobs and couldn't even afford cars until our mid to late twenties ( thanks to cash for clunkers destroying the used car industry) Can Gen z even afford anything now? Exactly... Boomers don't understand that all the consumer level treats have dumped in price. While all the life stuff, insurance, education, rent etc has sky rocketed.
Like just a VHS from the mid 1980s cost was easily 5-6 months of rent. Now a mid-range 75" inch TV isn't even one month's rent. Yet the boomers can't wrap there mind around that at all. I've seen break down videos online showing that a boomer buying basic TV, microwave, PC etc etc was 4+ years worth of rent at the time. All the same shit now isn't even 2 months worth.

It didn't make sense anymore to rent without a physical job to commute to. My parents are real cool about it and actually kind of need my income to help out because they're both retired now on a fixed income. It's great spending time with them again and getting to help them out as they age. precisely. living standards have increased exponentially in muttmerica since the "good old days". the same goes for purchasing power. try living like boomers did.

the average house was 900 sqft, today it's around 2,700 sqft. appliances were absurdly expensive, a refrigerator was nearly two months' salary for the average family, required endless maintenance, and had to be repaired constantly. young pups are conflating "built to last" with "unreliable af and expensive as hell, we couldn't dream of buying a replacement".

a fucking tiny colour television was the same price as a car. you were lucky to have a few channels to watch. you owned one car, that wouldn't start half the time, had zero amenities, needed non-stop tuneups, and would kill you in a crash. in the scrap heap by 60k miles if you were lucky.

a fucking three-minute international phone call was $120 jewbux in 2025 money. there was no internet, when you needed information, you paid through the nose for an encyclopaedia, and spent forever looking things up. if you couldn't find it, off to the library, spending hours researching, and praying you could get the answer. or simply asked random faggots/friends for advice.

there were zero cheap holidays abroad. air travel was for the elite. everything was basic af. entertainment was chatting with your mates. when you listened to music, you paid for vinyl, 8-tracks or listen to the radio. 16mm films if you had money. zero streaming services.

you had a handful of clothes/shoes, a few appliances, and some photos on the wall. life was shite back then. young faggots have it on easy street these days, and it's still not enough. you're complete fucking losers. all the world's knowledge at your fingertips with the internet, and you still don't make anything out of yourselves. zoomers and y gen chuds get the rope.

Prices either have to get cut in half, or the median salary needs to double (meaning, we all make like 120k with 30% taxes). Neither of those things will happen.

There's no one working on a solution to the problem. There are no high IQ people thinking about this at all. We don't even have the beginnings of discussions about potential possible solutions. There's nothing. We're just completely fucked, with no chance of ever returning to normal.

Memorize that phrase: "There's no one working on a solution to the problem."

Lol

The question is, what are you going to do about housing prices? Within the next year? 3 years? What policies are you going to demand?

IMO, nothing short of a massive Singapore-style public housing project would fix this. More along the lines of a public-private partnership. There needs to be a massive transfer of wealth into the hands of poor people - home construction really does not cost that much, and the government can at cost, and can finance or subsidise loans.

Americans cannot even dream of such a policy, but it's possible and would give instant results (people now own homes, instead of not owning them).

Yeah. Boomers moved to shit neighborhoods with tiny shithole houses like 2 bed 1 bath no garage on a postage stamp lot in the path of the mercury fumes from the local light bulb factory.
They drank Folgers all the way until like 2005 when Starbucks finally hit the mainstream and cool coffee beverages became a thing.
They ate garbage fast food when it was ultra cheap and made really bland simple meals at home.
They worked 40 hours a week minimum for basically their whole lives and often went back to school and retrained to cope with shifting job markets.
As much as boomers were catered to, they just didn’t have any concept of the kinds of luxuries that millennials and Gen Z feel entitled to. They never traveled abroad. They watched TV on 14” screens with 3 channels.

Even beyond that, practically speaking all the jobs and wealth and opportunity is in the cities where there isn't land. In practicality, the life cycle of someone who wants to live on a nice rural estate starts in a city so they can build up enough money to actually afford that place and be able to pay to live on it. For Whites, we tend to move into the city to start and we only start being able to afford to move outward as life goes on. If you want to be young and living in the country your most ambitious option is going to be managing a McDonald's.

Not if you design and execute the policy properly. It would be no different than the way people get mortgages now (down payment, proof of income, etc.)

The government could do rent-to-own programs, or have a separate savings account where you put a percentage of your income towards your home downpayment (similar to a 401k or something).

The government has a VA loan, which, if I'm not mistaken, is simply an interest-free mortgage for military veterans. You could do more stuff like that.

People should be building their own homes - it makes zero sense for most people to be fucking poor, working their asses off to BUY a home, when it doesn't take nearly 30 years to BUILD a home. Outsourcing home building is no different than going out for every meal - in theory it COULD be cheaper and easier than cooking for yourself, but in reality if you're paying fancy restaurant prices for every meal, you're just screwing yourself over.
You could be eligible for reduced home pricing if you help build someone else's home, for example.

If you're going to start with a mindset of, "no matter which policy we create, the government will fuck it up!" then you've given up before you've even started.

Most people do not have $1,000 in their bank account. All policies, including housing policies, need to be radically changed, one way or another.
It's not possible for most of the American working class to pay off $450,000 homes built in the 1980s, so more and cheaper homes need to be built.

you can buy a quality, fully automatic espresso machine for £2.5k that'll last ages. coffee beans are cheap, if you're picky about quality, roast your own. brew/drip is even simpler.

this is something that takes a few seconds to make at home, versus at 5+ minutes under the best of circumstances stopping by a starbucks. this is one of the few things in life that is genuinely cheaper/quicker to do yourself, most things are not.

Yeah, 5 euros per day for coffee is a lot, that’s 1800 per year, if they would stop drinking coffee for 200 years they could buy a house

In 1971 the average wage paid you approx 6000 dollars. 150 oz of gold.

In 2025 the average wage is 67500 dollars.

If we take gold at just 3000 per oz. It’s now actually 4100. We get the average wage is now 22.5 ounces of gold.

You earned 6.6 times more in 1971 in real terms. THATS why everyone is a debt slave now. That’s how they steal all the wealth and funnel it upwards. Debasement of paper currency. Modern coin clipping.

Getting advice from a boomer is never any kind of fun, but she's right on this one.

Let's say a Starbucks coffee costs around £4.
You buy one every weekday (5 days/week) = £20/week = £960/year.
From age 22 to 30 (8 years) = £7680 spent on coffee.

By age 30, your “coffee money” could be worth about £14000 if invested in an S&P 500 fund assuming 7% per annum (including dividends reinvested),
by 40, assuming no increases that would be worth ~£52000.

Make these changes in all aspects of your life and you should be able to have a dignified retirement compared even with most middle classes, the majority
if whom, if things continue the way they are and the stats concerning retirement savings are correct, will end up broke, bitter and working until they drop dead.

My dad bought his house for like $22k while working at a factory. He also had a sweet Cadillac. That factory legit moved to Mexico and they fired all the Teamsters working there. Got torn down and it's now a Dollar General with a Family Dollar next to it (100% serious). You have to be bilingual to work at either one lol

Googled that company. Oh, the fucking irony. Corcoran Group is real estate agency with focus on luxury properties. It was founded in 1973 by a fucking waitress who had to take gigantic loan 1000 dollars to start the business. She sold the company in 2001 for 66 million to investors. It didn't start with luxury properties.

When you see how the average person spends money you realize what a crime it was to give these people access to cheap debt.
That said it has become very difficult to keep your head above water even being careful. The Boomerisms about coffee and other stock financial advice rings hollow. Nevermind about the fucking coffee kick out all the foreigners now, stop giving blacks endless money, stop forcing companies to hire women stop punishing white men for existing. All things boomers enabled and left the younger generations holding the check for

If you're wasting $6 on a coffee a day, which can lead to dependency because caffeine is a drug so you may be up to $12 or $18 some days, yes that's a heavy expense. When I first moved out my rent was $27 a day split between 2 roommates, so i was paying $13 a day or just over $400 a month. So yes retards paying nearly $400 a month for a coffee are fucking retarded and should just buy their drug in bulk and brew it. You're literally paying an entire extra rent as it was 10 years ago. $400 a month is devastating to a normie wagie only pulling in $2,000 net a month, which is also sad but the case for many.

If we just did the math, we'd be rebelling in the streets already. Nothing adds up, we're just going to be slaves before we go broke and the country collapses into shitskin chaos.
