Russia isn't going to restore anything, they're only repeating the same mistakes. Russia oil economy was already bleeding and USA made it bleed faster yesterday. If things go the way they've been going they'll have to give up. Ukraine isn't sitting around, they're developing better drones and long range missiles, some already bad enough for Russia.
