The Middle East is White and Christian
North Africa is Catholic, Egypt and the Levant is Orthodox. Anatolia is still Greek and Constantinople is the center of Orthodoxy. Iberia was never conquered by the Moors therefore it's still Visigothic. The Arabian peninsula is Pagan but missionaries were sent to Christianize the Arabs. Mesopotamia saw an increase in Christian conversions which angered the Zoroastrian Persia. Persia will develop its own denomination of Christianity and Zoroastrianism is dying out. Probably Christianity will further expand in Asia. Europe is experiencing an early golden age, the Mediterranean is thriving with trade, piracy is non-existent. The world will industrialize way too early with knowledge and science transmitted from Byzantium and the Middle East to Western Europe. Also since the Orthodox world wouldn't lose Constantinople Eastern Europe would be a lot stronger, Communism wouldn't emerge, and the black sea would be as safe as the Mediterranean, Russia wouldn't be isolated since they would rely on Greek Anatolia to access the warm waters of the Mediterranean.
