Planned blackouts in Ukraine
Throughout last year the Ukraine was fucking around by striking Russian petroleum infrastructure. Now Russia has lost their patience and the Ukraine went into the find out state.
The entire city of Kiev is having massive blackouts, and the more privileged you are the less likely you'll suffer from it.
For example, if you live in an old rundown Soviet building at 6 Zankovetska st, you can suffer 75% of your day. It doesn't even matter it's the center of the city.
