Decline is steady on that graph. It wasn't feminism that started it. It didn't even accelerated when feminism poisoned the mainstream. It was just going down, with only hiccups being in times of war. Thing is, that it wasn't even a problem, because with more people surviving their childhood, we didn't need more than 2 or 3 children.
