I understand you're in russia so getting high powered lights might be a bit of a pain but you need to invest in actual lights for growing.
At bare minimum get yourself a T5 rig and look up a grow technique called Scrogging or Scrog Net.
You should be able to get a 24 x 24 inch light for roughly 200usd and the bulbs can be purchased anywhere that sells lighting goods.
I had a 24x24 inch T5 set up in a small closet closet with a scrog setup and wpuld pull 190 grams dried and trimmed off one plant. I used that light non stop for like 12 years. Just changed out the bulbs every 2 flower cycles and kept the old bulbs around for vegging for 4 cycles total.
It only ran around 200 watts an hour while it was on and didn't need any cooling system.
