That would be cool in a vacuum, but realistically the winning strategy if you have the worlds reserve currency is to use it to buy up as many hard assets as possible. Ron Paul would say "Gold!" which is not wrong, but you need things like land too. On a larger scale, buying up hard assets is kind of what the US does by proxy by investing in their military and by bribing other countries. It would be cool if it were somehow more beneficial for everyday citizens, which Trump seems to be working at.
