Congress should be required to session every day all day without pay until it's resolved.

If Democrats didn't have voter fraud, they wouldn't win a single election nationwide.

Military gets free food, housing and health care. The paychecks are low good fiscal management is important. During one gov't shut down I was in the Air Force and had to stay in the dorm and ride the base bus to save money. Trust me it's easier for us than civies who live 20 miles from work.

Maybe in a few years, maybe not. There is no reason for the Democratic party to reopen the government.

In most other countries failure to pass a budget is generally considered a vote of no confidence in the executive and an election is called. Maybe take that option.

No it isn't. Americans did not vote for this military, and Americans didn't want it when Bush built it. House Republicans passed the Budget Control Act of 2013 to restrain Obama's attempted bombing of Syria, why the fuck shouldn't Democrats stop Trump's war on Iran and new second war on Venezuela?

More importantly, Trump can't credibly say he's doing the military good when he fired 10% of their workers in the past year and banned them from obtaining pay increases. Trump's big bill destroyed military benefits and Democrats are protecting what meager protections they have against insurance companies. Trump has no cards.
