well you’re talking about the lawmakers not citizens following strict top-down directives. let me remind you how we treated germans after the nazis lost. the government apologised like a decade ago. now you know the importance of bottom-up directives.

judges following the law is not an excuse, this is the precendent
do I get that right?

Ignore what I wrote.

Following orders or the law is not an excuse when those orders are immoral or illegal. Personal responsibility always remains. That’s one of the core lessons of modern civilisation.

I always found it to be a specious argument at best to say that "I was just following orders" is no defense.

How do judges conduct their courtrooms?
Is it not by issuing orders? Aren't judges also subject to orders? Suppose everyone in the courtroom decided to stop following them. It would undermine the entire process both in that courtroom and in all other courtrooms. The wheel of justice itself would seize.

So by the same token, are soldiers not supposed to follow orders? Are they optional? What do you imagine happens to a soldier who refuses an order of any kind?

You put the soldier in an impossible situation where he faces death for refusing conscription, death for refusing orders, and death for following them. In what world can any of that be justice?

I just found a funny innovation, expanding it and saying that following the law is no excuse or judges rulling on the law

if a judge is allowing for stabbers and rapist to rape and stab they are lible infront of tribunals by that standard a priori
Anonymous (ID: hdc632v0) Canada No.519755872 [Report] >>519755973
Sadly, yes.

After WW2, we as a species decided yyou couldnt pretend not to know what was going on, and that we had certain duties and responsibilities, and they especially were big on making sure the ""Following Orders"" excuse doesnt work moving forward.

judges allow for stabbers and rapist to rape and stab do not have the excuse of the law to hide behind?

Kek, anon google 'Operation headwind'
You can molest 140+ kids and the same judges that send kids to jail for 30d to get presentence reports done anytime their before a judge will not hold people who abuse 140+ of said kids in custody, or to do a pre-sentence report on them.

>Tribunals.

a step in the right direction, Two-face was right about a coin toss being a better chance at justice than uhh.......well, Commissioner Gordon was also right about rules being shackles that let the bad guy get away.

following or ruling on the law is no excuse for evil, we agree on that standard
stabbings and rape are evil we agree on that too

so tribunals can punish judges for enabled rape and stabbings

Well anon,

It turns out that the criminal definition of terrorism, is actually stabbing people to change their opinions.

The excuse of the law is a meme, we live in 2025, the days of violence are over, if you want justice its entirely pay to play, and we dont need to firebomb cities like their dresden anymore, when we can wage financial holy war in courtrooms, with arguments, and cases as artillery rounds, and peoples feelings as our MG42's.

The goal, and idea is to bleed your fellow man in a court of law, where someone above you always has deciding power, and re-affirming the beleif that (you) are unable to settle matters yourself and must always pay someone to argue on your behalf.

As i told the judges, you can kill cops all day, it wont accomplish anything, and is counter-prodouctive.

You put one judge in an orange jumpsuit and record it, you have change world wide the next day, and thats why terrorism was re-defined to mean using violence to hurt people, instead of ""The Law"" and """Courtrooms""""

If a judge releases high risk sex offenders in the community, and uses "The Law" as justification.

They have [collective guilt].

You have to separate Law Enforcement, from the Justice system, one is the hand, the other is the heart, or throat. Just stop bitching and screaming at cops everytime a kid fucker gets released and direct all hate and vitrol towards the judge who released them.

Get normies to all agree that any judge who releases a kid fucker i s "Just as guilty as they are" then boom, normies do all the work for you.
Nonviolent solutions take time and can always be waived away, but terrorism is effective and works, so its banned and will be denounced with you made out to be the absolute bad guy, regardless of how just you are, and how clearly
>They deserve it.
Because once normies realize yelling at cops and holding rallies about blue line bad acomplishes exactly nothing, its fucking over for them, and they know this,

So stop yelling at the police.

It wasn’t a defense at Nuremberg. Morally, it’s no defense and anyone who violates their oath just to go along is a clown. As a former fed LE fag, there are a lot of cowards who won’t dare make waves, “stay off the radar.” Not me, but the whole system is rigged to crush anyone who bucks up.

In most countries, Judges and prosecutors are selected by the current government, if the current government is about protecting migrants who wants to rape innocent people, they will be biased. Your problem is not the law and order, it is the government who is pushing this agenda

There is no such thing as law or morality, only violence and bigger violence.

Yes, Loyalty to the thin blue pension.

Where i am a dude got busted for stealing coke out of the police lockup and giving it to his son, got to keep his thin blue pension and didnt have his buisness or assets seized,

He later went onto import large amounts of drugs until last year when they busted him, and let him out the next day.

Then you have G I Jobe.

Gets fired for being a dirty cop, decides hes still a cop and drives drunk to the local bar with a handgun strapped to his belt and starts screaming at people, gets arrested by the actual cops and they just lol and let him out the next day.

If your a kid and you smoke a cigarette while on probation it's 30 days custody.

Yes, i am aware of the fuck-up in words.

Terrorism used to mean flying buildings into planes, now it just means using violence to change peoples opinion, or mean words.

If you are free then why do you have 'orders'?

The sick irony of the geneva conventions is that they are used as a justification to mass murder surrendered foes. Every defeated enemy will always be accused of war crimes due to every nation employing atrocity propaganda against their enemies, and will thus mass murder all surrendered foes at the end of the war because of their own fake and gay atrocity propaganda.
There is no law against just following orders, and if you don't follow orders you are breaking the law of your home nation. The poor unfortunate serfs who get conscripted are damned if they do and damned if they don't.
Humans are faggots and we deserve obliteration.
