For example, my current job I nailed the interview so hard that they gave me a 30% above what they were asking salary, once I got in the role, I sat there standards by not doing much, but they wanted me to physically do a bunch of stuff so now I'm on medical leave and have to work fully remote and because my job description says nothing about physical labor there's nothing they could do about it. I'm saving enough money to fuck off to an island, almost there, but I need enough cash to build a bungalow. It's crazy. I've been laying in bed for the past four weeks, I have an articulating bedframe and bedside laptop, mount and everything.

Anyways, the point is try to have a good career first until you realize how fake and gay everything is and if you're not a trust fund baby, you're probably fucked. Get that résumé and then coast

I'm 51, do work from home customer service gig. Wife's 29 on full disability due to autism but she's the high functioning type that can do most things herself and functions normally. As a man of more than 40 years who has used the unemployment system for extended vacations in my 20s, let me tell you - it's not worth it. You see all those middle aged people with nice homes and cars and jobs? Spending your 20s in front of a computer thinking you're getting one over on society is a dangerous fantasy.
