They are weird and robotic. I like them. All Europeans are one flavor of annoying or another. Germans are decently low on the intolerable scale for Western Europe. After dealing with the French, the Germans are fine. French are 20/100. Germans are 40/100 if from Berlin, and 60/100 if not.

I'll give Germans 90/100, fantastic customer service, too many freedoms for kids, people are direct and honest.
Dutch can have 90/100, -10 points for being a bit too ignorant about the outside world and a little stuck up.
French can have 20/100, +20 points because once they figured out I was trying to leave their country they were nothing but helpful.
Austrians get 100/100 because they invented the correct way to speak German.

Germany oddly does make tooling/machinery really, really well. The company i work for in the corrugated paper industry use these machines that are insanely complex and are made in germany. We had a machine installed a while back, called a GÖPFERT, where they flew in a bunch of germs to install it. Pretty cool.

London is shit, and the UK is alright. Berlin is shit, and Germany is alright. Amsterdam was kinda nasty, but the rest of the Netherlands was fine. Seems to be an entirely Western European thing, too. Rome, Budapest, Warsaw, and Madrid are not entirely separate cultures from the rest of the country that are noticeably worse.

They never offer you food if you are a guest at their home. I never realized that until people started mentioning the Scandinavians in Europe being like that, their diaspora is also like that. Its not rude, but it is kind of a cold and unwelcoming social trait. The mom was one of those tall skinny white ladies that walk with their legs and hips out in front of their body. many of these small companies go back to one smart guy, in this case karl göpfert, who only started in 1975. i think the general quality of things made in germany might have to do with the system of professional education (2-3 years) that has been in place since the early 20th century. and i'm pretty sure this could have been copied by any white people. it wasn't and now china will take over.
