I am. 15 years now. But I am not that stupid to abuse steroids or peptides. I will only hop on a smaller dosage of test in my 50s to keep my gains if technology will advance long enough to eliminate the negative side effects.

I built it during the covid bullshit. I used to go to the gym and chat and be social and even got laid and I was natty and happy but now I lift at home all day long and I’m on Test Cypionate and oral Turinabol and I take liquid Cialis not for women but to jerk off 5+ times a day and at night I take shots of vodka until I pass out and I order crap from Amazon just so I have something to look forward to.

ive been to the gym for 1 year, and even doing everything with great form, researching routines, eating well, sleeping well, I can't progress. my lifts from november 2025 are the same that the ones from january 2025. I haven't been able to lift more (maybe some more reps)
I'm only getting better at cardio and nothing else. I went to the doctor and all is fine. Calories ok, protein ok. I just dont gain any fucking muscle mass.
My test levels are around 300 which should be on the low scale but doctor said it looks normal and based on my body it doesnt look like I have low test.

I really dont know what else to try. I think my body is just not reactive to lifting.

In any case, my cope is that lifting is kind of lame because as soon as you stop working out you lose everything. You wanna go travel for 1 month? say goodbye to 40% of your gains unless you keep your diet and training consistent. A friend of mine was turbojacked, was in a motorcycle accident and couldn't exercise, he went from big to skinny in less than 2 months.
No "hobby" should exist where you lose all you gained that fast.

Drop weight and switch to ultra high reps. I was the same way until I started doing Sandow’s autism (Lift until 100 reps a set and then increase weight). Now making steady progress. It’s a lot more heartening when your curls go up a rep or five every week. Plateaus are gay. This also builds “muscle endurance” which will make your muscles last longer after you stop working out. It’s important to know that even if you lose muscle, your body has an easier time regaining it if you start working out again.

100. Not joking. Don’t be afraid to drop the weight way down. 3 sets per exercise is best, 2 sets is acceptable when you’re first switching to ultra high reps. More than 3 sets is unnecessary - diminishing returns and takes too long. If 100 takes too long do 50. 2x50 is still good if not an autist.

Massive waste of time if you dont gear. I spent 3-5 hours a day, every day, at the gym + running for 2 years straight. Looked way better after the first year but plateaued. The entire second year was just a waste.

So gym is gay. Unless you pop anavar or primo or mast. I dont want to fuck up my nads yet (no kids yet), but when I hit 40 I'm going to blast gear.

recovery doesnt mean sitting around. active recovery, and my lifts are all modded PPL and UL. cardio every day but heavy cardio of 8+ miles running then sprints and ballistics only 5 days/wk.

also had an insanely strict diet, ate the same macros every day, made every single meal myself autistically for those two years. didnt eat out once.

after two years of extreme autism with regard to my fitness (was skelly lean but athletic starting out) and still being a dyel, it's not worth it unless you are on gear. ffs after a single year I plateaued.

I'm going to blast hard once I have 5-6 kids.
