Office workers on the otherhand should be professionals. I see it all the time as a software engineer, where the visa workers will vacuum the shit out of their managers asshole, never take a sick day show up to work clad in company merchandise, you know company logo'd t-shirt and pens they send you as a joining package? The stuff that's meant to be a little joke that goes straight in the trash.
Even a first day intern has more self respect than to spread their cheeks this wide. No one ever asks them to do it.. They'd be treated exactly the same if they didn't do the dance. But they do. And then they seethe because the locals get promoted without doing their dance, and complain that they're discriminated against.
And no amount of "No Rakesh, you DONT need to prostrate yourself for me" will convince them otherwise
