What error are you getting? "Upload cancelled"? Could be that your IP range has been barred from posting images.
Could also be a false positive from the ongoing attempts by the inept administration to slow down freeposting by... cracking down on US IPs (i.e. where most of the traffic comes from, brilliant).

Oh that also happens to be the same error message I get when trying to post using a (known) vpn directly. That occurs regardless of whether the message contains an image or not though.
