In July, PTSD'd IDF soldiers set up a big protest in front of an IDF HQ where a soldier had self-immolated before Oct 7 2023.

The implied threat of the July protest was that IDF soldiers were about to start self-immolating in front of IDF buildings. It might even be this same building as today's suicide, I'll look it up.
