There was 1 poopjeet who went viral with employers online. One corp mentioned how they caught one of their employees working at a 2nd company, and was outsourcing his work to poopjeets in india. He was amazing at interviews and charming. Presented himself as intelligent and qualified

Then another employer saw that, and said he was theor employee too, and investigated upon seeing the tweet. That made it go super viral in the anti H1B Twitter accts. Which then led to a few more companies spotting it, and saying he worked for them as well. Apparently it's common for H1B poopjeets to do this, once they get to USA.
Let alone green card jeets & jeets that became citizens. Getting hired by multiple companies, paying nothing to hire incompetent jeets in india, and making a profit on each of the multiple jobs they work. Simply interview spamming and accepting as many jobs as they can get accepted for

It went viral with the H1B community, causing JD Vance and Trump to see it. Causing congress to look into it, since recent grads have about a 50% unemployment now. As H1B skyrocketed under biden, to be many multiples of what it was prior. As companies saw that remote work during COVID could work with cheaper paid employees + don't have to spend 15% in payroll taxes for medicare, social security, etc
Plus the 100k new H1B hire fee, caused many to then view H1B's at about the same salary as citizens. Along with not wanting to get sued by the DOJ for illegal hiring practices. So many companies are laying off their H1B employees and hiring citizens. Or of they need to make cuts, they're now targeting H1B's first. To get rhe numbers down, and showing that they're doing something to fix the problem that tbey caused

Every Indian I ever been made to hire has been put on a pip and eventually let go because they do not do their job.
They will do literally anything other than what they're paid to do, and they act absolutely bewildered when consequences occur.

I will tell them "if you don't do your job, you'll have to go on a PIP, and if we don't see improvement, you'll be fired. And if you're fired you have to go back home, so please let's work on this."

And then they continue doing no work, they go on the PIP, they get fired, they run out of money and go back home.
All of this could have been avoided by just doing an honest day's work, but they refuse.

They would rather have a costly relocation and months of instability, than just do the job.

Multiple times, this has happened.
