So, if the second amendment in the US give mutts the RIGHT to have a well regulated militia, not just owning guns, why we don't see that around? why the focus is only about muh owning guns rather than an organized well trained militia, which is constitutional? is it a distraction?
Having that is far more scary to zog than owning a gun, in fact, an organized group is threatening to zog even if it was with no guns

Militias were on the rise before McVeigh. After the OKC bombing the feds started cracking down on them and infiltrating them. If you have a group we're you dont personally know every member for years then there are feds involved.

The second amendment actually says that because states need militias for their governance, people therefor have the right to own weapons.

"Due to the government needing militias armies, the people shall be able to own weapons" is the correct interpretation, because that's the way it's fucking written, and that's what that sentence means with those words in that order.

The right guaranteed is security of a free state, which from then until now and into the near future is only guaranteed by well trained and armed citizenry. Once ZOG is removed and systemically unable to reestablish itself we can reconsider owning weapons.

Militias were more numerous, but they required fatfucks to organize and to put the time in. There was also the crackdown on militias by ATF, then the NRA becoming the safe-edgy resistance. I think trust is mostly gone.

A "well regulated militia" is referring to the armed forces (army) in this context you absolute fucking retard.

Never speak to me, or anyone else, ever again.

It's referring to civilians as opposed to military, kike.

>A healthy breakfast being essential to a productive day, the right to orange juice shall not be infringed.
This is neither a guarantee to a healthy breakfast nor to productivity. It is a promise that if you want orange juice no one can prevent you from having oj.
Whether or not it implies that you can only have your oj at breakfast is a point of contention.

The National Guard act defined the national guard as the official government militia. There's nothing stopping you from forming a private militia, its totally legal and they exist; but the government will put you on a list and watch you if you join one.

Yeah they nipped that trend in the bud with the quickness. The Michigan Militia was probably the biggest and most well known. I seem to remember not being very impressed.

It’s literally illegal in all 50 states. That’s what the whole point of the Timothy McVeigh false flag was: build support to outlaw private militias formed by white men.

let me write out the second amendment for you in plain english: Because a well-equipped militia is needed to maintain freedom, the rights of people to have guns shall not be infringed.

Is that so hard for people to understand? Is it because the sentence is written a little backwards? i guess it's the word "regulated" which in this context means literally maintained. If it meant "a regulation" the whole thing would make sense anyway because it would say "since a controlled and regulated militia is needed to maintain freedom, people have the rights to have guns". people see "regulated" and their brain shuts off

The argument is implicit in the logic. If freedom can be guaranteed otherwise and private gun ownership becomes truly unnecessary then it should be revisited. I'm not a fetishist or a partisan.
