A crime scene cleaner now takes care of the new toilet in Wupperpark at Döppersberg every day. It was said at the "Inner-City Social Conference for Elberfeld" that regular cleaning staff could not reasonably be expected to handle it. Various authorities and institutions answered questions and shared their perspectives on the situation during the conference.

As previously reported, Wupperpark has become a meeting place for the drug scene. Crack is the biggest drug problem in our city, according to Social Affairs Commissioner Annette Berg in an interview with Radio Wuppertal.
