I remember going to a domestic violence training course many years ago before all the woke BS really got going, and the entire thing was just talking about womens experiences and where they could get help and shit and I vividly remember thinking that this was all useless. Where's the info on red flags to look for in men who are likely to by abusers, how can women protect themselves? Nothing. I only realized later than even acknowledging that there was anything a woman could do to prevent it could be seen as victim blaming so they flat out refuse to even consider it even if it will save lives. Yeah. Its like getting robbed. Robbery is caused by someone deciding to rob someone. Theres no guarantee that you'll never get robbed at any point in your life. It could happen. But there are ways to avoid it or have a lower likelihood of getting robbed. Like avoiding certain areas. Not being out late at night. Not wearing flashy jewelry or watches.
