If you want the most whiteness, you need to go for music with high levels of abstract structure, that is, no easy rhythmic, melodic, textural, or vocal hooks that loop endlessly and repetitively.
Classical and avang garde academic are top tier.
If you don't like classic, then ambient and IDM and ambient techno and dub techno are the next to go. Almost zero black composers in this genre (I think Flying Lotus is the only black who does IDM; maybe Drexciya).
If you want more dance oriented, then psytrance. Literally no black composers save one guy, and no black scene except amongst the white South African diaspora. A lot of Israelis and Spics and Jeets, though, with some sprinkles of Finns and the Japanese.
