No, it isn't sexist, but it is transactional. If one partner is providing (material wealth, resources, etc.), then the other partner needs to provide something of roughly equal value, such as service, nurturing, basic home chores, bearing and raising children, or what have you. Otherwise, the providing partner is getting gipped, they're getting swindled, robbed, hoodwinked.
Feminism wants women to get their resources and material wealth provided by men, but wants to divorce that from the woman's equivalent duty of maintaining the home and bearing children. Feminism promotes men being robbed, in other words. Men have no problem being the provider, so long as they're getting something in return - kids, service (sexual and otherwise), a clean home, hot meals, and so on.
