Carney doesn't have the VOTES to pass the budget unless he cleverly lures some of our Honourable Members of Parliament to the Government Benches. However, this is very unlikely due to his lack of charisma and nice hair. Housing prices vs wages are the worst in the western world. An average good job if your lucky will pay between 75-100k$/yr, normal lower tier jobs 40-60k$/yr. Where as the average house is 700k$+. Effectively destroying the middle class
