That's a fact. Multiple military aircraft take off daily for transporting supplies and VIPs, scrambling against neighboring countries, and training. Such drama junkies would interpret anything as a sign of WW3, and if they keep at it every day, their predictions might just come true someday.
Btw, legally, Japan can only really do something about it if the Japanese mainland or U.S. military bases are preemptively armed attacked, only in a national emergency threatening its survival or if it's disguised as such.
The constitutional constraints limiting Japan to self-defense, imposed by the United States 80 years ago, still remain a bit significant.
Although it has become largely symbolic, Japan still does not engage in preemptive strikes. Moreover, its capability remains in the early stages of development and is not yet operational.
