Can someone explain to me what the point of AI is?
I just came back from a movie that was translated into English and altered the actors mouths with AI.
This was AI in theaters.
Is it just me, or is it all happening unusually fast.
AI this, AI that, it's everywhere.
What is the goal? Why is this happening?

I think it was originally in French.
The mouths were weird though, and I had to look it up in the first twenty minutes to see if I was crazy.
Sure enough, it was altered using AI for English audiences.

What movie? Are you Indian or something? They play Bollywood flicks in theatres around my area now, which is nuts. Granted, I haven’t been to a theatre since 2012

To reduce costs. Corporations will do anything to avoid paying people to do things. They hired infinity pajeets for this exact reason. AI is just pajeet hiring taken to its natural conclusion.
