I live in Torontostan, and guys, it’s so much worse than you think. Out of the hundreds of people I walk by when I go out, maybe a small handful are white, and they’re always old people. I went to Walmart the other day and literally every single employee and customer was brown. Not a single white person in the whole place. It’s like that everywhere I go, no matter where I go. Endless Indians, Arabs, and Blacks, as far as the eye can see.
And you know what? They’re not even the ones I have an issue with, not as individuals anyway. As a collective, sure, I hate to see them here. But as individuals I can’t help but acknowledge that they have every reason to be. They were invited here with open arms, my government practically begged them to come here. And now they are, and I’m a minority in my own home country. Indians shitting in bushes, fully covered hijabi women being escorted by their husbands, black dudes in ski masks roaming the streets, I’ve seen it all in spades and I’ve only been here for a couple months. I don’t understand why it had it be this way, and at this point no amount of public awakening can save us because we’re so egregiously outnumbered. Land that Natives had a claim too, they surrendered to the crown via treaties. Large areas of wilderness which you never really inhibited, which you call "unceded land" are lands which no treaties exist for. To gain aboriginal title on these lands, you must go to court and prove you once had possession of them-as is happening in BC right now.

As I said, in both Canada (British N.A) and the USA, there was no single genocide/conquering of all natives, the land was taken from individual tribes in specific conflicts and with specific treaties.

Private land, "unceded land", aboriginal title and reserves all have specific legal meanings. You have no clue about anything.

There aren't many treaties in BC. This doesn't mean Natives own the province or have aboriginal title by default. Unceded land is a nonsense term you made up, you never had any claim to vast swatches of wilderness; you pretend you do, claim "unceded land" and if you can get a jewish judge to agree you can get aboriginal title....but you have to go to the courts, you don't own all the land right now not specifically governed by treaty.
