Russia must logically have very significant losses because they wouldn't do things like pay North Korea for men if they didn't. Literally nothing fits reality unless Russian KIA/MIA are much higher.
Russia as a state can survive millions killed, Ukraine already has enormous manpower problems.
The only hope for Ukraine now is to cause enough economic damage. Theoretically, if they destroyed all refineries in Russia, the war machine would inevitably collapse; similar for enough damage of other basic infrastructure. There's no winning just at the front, only slowing it down.
