This is arguably the only good thing AI is "good" at. Not sure how it is in Finland but in the past 2 years the USA has gotten it in its head EVERY job needs a minimum of 3 rounds of interviews, 2 of which are with HR, and more technical jobs requiring at least 5 with tests upon tests that don't reflect the actual job.
