It was a blessing in disguise anyway, The entire management was comprised of 4 worthless women and me, and all they ever fucking did was AMP each other, and call pointless meetings to discuss the next birthday party or FaceFuck changes.

As the warehouse manager, I was truly the ONLY one who did any real work, and that one hour during the day wasted on which volunteers were cute and whether we should have fucking cupcakes or a sheet cake for the party, threw a backup in the flow that took me a whole day to set right.
The dumb cunt in charge had a new, fucking insane idea every week she wanted me to change around the format of the warehouse to.
On week, because she was on a theater jag, she wanted me to put EVERYTHING in the warehouse on CASTERS so I could more it all around for her as she played house with it.
It took me a fucking half hour to convince her that putting 3 and 4 story metal pallet shelving on casters, loaded with odd mismatched donated heavy shit and often stocked by volunteers, would be a massive liability to the volunteers and EVERYBODY else in the area.

I got the last laugh though. When the regional manager heard about my firing, He came to see just what the fuck was going on.
The Head manager had apparently been fucking off so much that not only was the warehouse a Kektastrophe, but the books were FUCKED and she'd been embezzling money here and there for home.
She was gone just a week after she fired me.
