You can ask some of the craziest questions and learn some of the craziest things from inquiring why someone said or did something incredibly stupid.
It's like an inverse square law of stupidity. The stupider the event, the smarter of discoveries it can potentially lead to, even if you're ill-equipped to discover them all.
