This guy's videos are nothing new to me. I've seen people doing retarded financial shit like this for 30+ years. It's mindnumbing to me how many people don't realize how retarded, shitty, scammy, god-awful people are IRL.
You go to school with these people as kids, you see how stupid and shitty and perverted and ignorant and utterly worthless they are, and you think they magically become responsible adults when they turn 18.

Think about every person that has debt. Debt that isn't a mortgage. Every person that has outstanding debt that is not a mortgage is a complete fucking moron. I have no debt. I cannpt fathom going into debt for anything other than buying a house(I bought my house). If you need credit to buy some shit, whatever it is, you do not make enough money to have what you're going into debt for. Debt is slavery. Without question. The first thing someone's gonna try and do to you when you go to prison is get you on the hook.

Debt is an IQ test. If you have debt, you have low-IQ.

There's an ancient Sam Hyde video, I think it was called Top Breech, where he's fucking around at a CVS. There's this dancing santa on sale for $20 and he says to the camera, "If you give a poor person $100, they'll buy five of these." and I think about that often. Hell, even my own gf makes the most boneheaded financial decisions sometimes, "girl math" is a real thing but it's more like "brokie math" since guys do it, too. Also as weird as this sounds, playing Overwatch has made me realize that people are just straight up delusional and will never take responsibility for their own mistakes. Once you've watched your tank pin around a corner into 5 and blame "no heals" for getting exploded, you can't come back from that and see other human beings as creatures capable of rational thought or self-reflection.
It sucks because on a societal level, we do need policy that makes peoples' lives better and easier, but on an individual level you kind of have to just nut up and John Galt it.

>"girl math" is a real thing but it's more like "brokie math" since guys do it,
I have a friend. He's constantly complaining about saving up to pay off his CC debt. He's taken on a second job (target wagie) in addition to his white-collar office job for that.
Meanwhile he spends thousands of dollars to buy FIVE of the same motorcycle backpack (which i've never seen him wear at all) so he could have "one in every color". He also has probably tens of thousands of dollars of hockey jerseys and gear sitting in bins taking up tons and tons of space that he's "working on selling".
I keep telling him to just quit his target wagie job and spend a few weekends just going through all of the shit he's been planning on selling for the past 5 years and finally actually sell it, even if it's at a slight loss. He'd be out of CC debt, his apartment would be far less full (like an entire wall just taken up by large storage bins full of this) and he wouldn't be constantly busy because he's stuck working two jobs.

IDK man. Some people it's really hard to convince to not spend money like dummies, even when they already are having a tough time making ends meet.

From my experience you can't save these people. I would take on debt for kids but most people would take on debt for a new TV instead of feeding their kids. I would even give them an out by saying it's fine to live paycheck to paycheck so long as you are not in debt but people have zero idea of how to not spend more than they make or they willingingly ignore any advice. Besides how many people have you heard say "it's cheaper to eat out than to cook", that's how fucked these people are.

Dopamine is the definition of a double edged sword. It is the molecule that activates our nervous system to motivate us and make us do things that are rewarding, e.g finding food and water, building a place to live, defeating opponents/hunting prey, etc. This motivating power is so easily hijacked even among intelligent people. Asceticism is clearly how humans should live in our current stage of development, but we've cheated into a future we are in no way prepared for or capable of handling, because we discovered electricity, and then semiconductors. The semiconductors are the real problem, and I'm of the opinion that we discovered that technology from some ET source or other more advanced beings.

It made me feel good to be a poor neet but not stupid enough to completely fuck my life up with credit card debt since I’ve never had one of those. I think salting the normalfags really aim way too high if they want to be comfy they need to know that comes with some sacrifices. You can’t just have some insane lifestyle that is way out of your means. If you want to be lazy you need to smart and frugal. Cash.
>where do you get cash
Economics of scale. Convince a lot of people to give you a little bit of money each, online. Tie in a few brand deals for a while. Save monies, buy property with cash. Just make sure your taxes are good. The IRS is the only problem in your life, do not make enemies of them.
If you get 50,000 people to give you $5, that's $250K gross. Do taxes, you get money. Buy house with cash. Cut that check.

Lol, okay, that's good bait.
For other young anons that might happen upon this thread, the reason you take on debt is to build credit. No credit, no house. Do not take on more debt than you can satisfy at any given time with saving. I have 2 credit cards, both I keep about half maxed. I have the money to pay off both at anytime but if I do, I stop building credit. You only build credit if you are actively carrying debt. It's a broken system, I know, but that's why people take on debt. Not because they are all dumb and some jerk off online in right but because we are all forced to play this silly game if you ever want a chance at a house or land

I have significant savings and a wife that has no idea how to save money. So my income gets eaten up by her stupid fucking spending every month. The only safe money I have is tucked away in a retirement account that can't be easily accessed.
It's post-tax money, not a 401k or IRA. So I technically can access it without penalty beyond capital gains taxes. But whatever, that's not the point. The point is that it makes sense for me to carry a little bit of debt from time to time because my investments are making more money than the APR of my credit card.
Normally I'd just pay it all off every month, but I got stuck with a woman who doesn't know the first fucking thing about saving money.

Almost all of these fuckers $100,000k student loans, financing cars and paying 2.5- 3x the price of the outright purchase.

Financed Furniture, Iphones, Computers, TV's, Entertainment systems, Dildos, Holidays.
Payday loans for take out.

I got a call on the weekend from the bank saying I needed to look elsewhere for financing since I had paid off my student loans and auto loan too long ago (5 and 7 years respectively) and since I had no credit card or debt, I fundamentally no longer existed in the system. Eventually I was able to get a predatory cc that I paid off monthly and the next year had no problem locking in a mortgage at a middling rate, from another bank so those who scorned me wouldn't get my interest gibs.

The root of the issue is people constantly seeking little moments of happiness to have a constant state of happiness. Buying something does this for them. People in my life ask why I always “deprive” myself (I don’t, I live a good life), I explain that being broke is more mentally taxing than skipping going to the store on the weekend.

>I have 2 credit cards, both I keep about half maxed. I have the money to pay off both at anytime but if I do, I stop building credit
DO NOT DO THIS. This is not now the system works.

Most of your credit score comes from three things, and none of them are being fucking retarded and paying the credit jews interest every month:
>average account age
Open a credit card and keep it open. Irresponsible people have their card closed when they don't pay, or open lots of cards, which lowers their average account age.
>credit utilization
Meaning you only use a little of what you have, because you're responsible. Irresponsible people use a lot of their credit limit, like you're doing.
>payment history
You pay your bills on time. THIS DOESN'T MEAN ACRUING INTEREST. Just pay your credit card statement when it's due.

The entire point of a credit score is to see you're a responsible person who can pay their bills. Not paying your bills "to build credit" is a completely moronic approach people love taking.

People really don’t understand women’s spending problems until they get to know them intimately. My last GF still lived at home, paid her parents 400 in rent, made 80k, and I found out she had 15k in CC debt. Had to leave her after that. I made 2x what she did and she couldn’t fathom why I didn’t want to go on a vacation every 2 months. To them, if you have money saved, that is available money to spend. They can’t fathom the concept of a buffer or safety net.

I agree, mostly. The cost of housing and vehicles has really gotten out of control, though. Those little minimum wage jobs when they paid $4.25 an hour and apartment rent was $180 were a struggle, but doable. But once minimum wage hit $7.25 it just fucking sat there and has not budged since 2009. We have kids looking for their first part time jobs now staring down wages that have not increased since the year they were born. My lunches I take to work are $1.60 and will fill any dinner plate. It’s rice, ground turkey, black beans, and onions sauce. I can make two weeks worth of lunches in like an hour or hour and a half on the weekend. It’s easy. Those ten meals are barely more than a combo meal at a lot of fast food places. You are a fucking retard and don’t even understand how credit scores work. You’re paying hundreds of dollars in interest every month acting like a dumb goyim.

What you should be doing is putting all purchases you can onto your credit card to earn cash back, then paying off your statements in full every month. Routine payments (never missing) ups your credit score. AVAILABLE credit ups your score. If you have $10k available on your cards and you roll a $5k balance every month you are hurting your score vs $1k of routine expenses that get paid off on the due date. Not to mention the insane interest you’re paying.

It baffles me too. Regular coffee is pretty cheap everywhere or make it yourself with a $25 coffee maker. If you “need” the sugary drink, get a bottle of caffeine pills and drink a pop. Pop is relatively expensive for what it is, but a case of 24 cans is so much cheaper than buying them one at a time like so many people do. It starts with a car you need to get around, can't worry about it breaking down so it has to be a new one. Then you need student loans to be a high-status office worker that is superior to your chud grandpa. Then you graduate college and you "made it" so now you deserve a 3000 square foot home.
