That's not anime, and whites haven't produced anything artistically close to anime ever. The only closest they got were the 1940s Superman cartoons, and those were made by Jews.

OP is so low IQ that he mistakes style for substance. Disney had a different style but his company invented dozens of different types of animation techniques that make anime possible. The most notable one being the stretch & squash technique which is used in pretty much every frame of anime.

For white people, comics and cartoons are childish, at most they're appreciated for their creativity and quirks but not really worth the dedication to the very discipline, to the fundamentals of the human form, human movement. They'll rather have characters with exaggerated features and praise it for its soul. Japan doesn't skip fundamentals. They obsessively 'fold it 10000 times' and actively suppress the need for self expression knowing that quality and uniqueness come much later. Just tell a jap to draw a human face in ms paint with 10 lines. It will almost definitely look like anime.

Modern artists are just egomaniacs, not a very disciplined bunch. Westerners in general seek alternatives, to little satisfaction and mostly irritation to themselves and other people. Noodle arms and globular eyes are not a problem in my opinion. I don't care if something is ugly or boring. The annoying part is that these people try so hard to be unique and interesting, it's painfully obvious they only have admiration for themselves.
