Soviets would not have held half the world for ~50 years, Arab-Israeli War likely would have a different outcome, Germany would have more clay.
U.S. probably still a major power, possibly less marxist subversion though Jews could possibly escape here. Possibly more, uncertain.

Central and southeastern europe probably doing better than they are now without Soviet influence, Latin America probably better off as well without U.S./Soviet subversions.
Africa still sucks, Middle East better without Jewry but still sucks.
Somehow I imagine the U.S. would still find some reason to go waste it's time fighting wars in Southeast Asia.
