America is a capitalists nation (we sell shit) including fighter jets, when you buy a fucking fighter jet you're not just buying a cheeseburger, it's more then just a object, you are also buying the training to fly it from the manufacture.
It's a American air base use as a basic flight training school that many other allied nations who spend Billions on our jets, get to train a few instructors pilots so they can go back and teach their own pilots.
