Wait... it seems pretty objectively illegal though, right? I'm not saying it's a big deal or anything, but it is illegal. Like how spitting in someone's face is illegal, or slapping a woman's ass, or pushing someone, all of these are illegal, they just may not go to court, or have a big deal made out of them. But if we are going to make a big deal out of it, I don't see why the guy shouldn't at least be fined. The article says it wasn't found to be assault but should there not then be a lesser crime it could be found to be, and if not, why isn't there?
