China has told Russia do not dare use nukes.. even tactical ones. Russia is 100% dependent on China.
USA/NATO has told Putin any use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine will result in NATO declaring a no fly zone over Ukraine and shoot down anything that even comes close to Ukraine. Also, sending of long distance cruise missiles that can easily reach Russian airfields in the eastern part of the country where they now keep their bombers and most of their pathetic aircraft.
