What do you do for work? How much savings do you have? What's your credit score?
I suspect with a modest amount of self discipline and effort you could get into home ownership if you wanted to and could do without living a block away from a barcade.

Society in general is collapse
The chinese keep trying to make it seem like its just the US but all the countries are going to shit

>China's real estate market is experiencing a significant downturn marked by falling property values and sales, following a period of massive expansion. This crisis is driven by an oversupply of homes, weakened demand due to factors like lower birth rates, and financial distress among developers, notably the collapse of companies like Evergrande. The government is responding with stimulus measures, but the long-term outlook remains uncertain, impacting household wealth and the broader economy.

So much for communism

>The nuclear family meme
My ancestors came here from Europe in boats with nothing. They built their homes from nothing, I can too. Most of the world did the same for much of human history and home buying is a meme currently, it was a luxury for our parents and grandparents but is not reasonably attainable now. That leaves us two options
>Live with parents
>Buy land and build a house

Second option is more fun. One can cut MANY unnecessary costs by acting outside the expectations of the system. Ex. No HOA, plumbing, electrical, or parking fees. The only problem is it's hard enough finding a decent woman, it's even harder finding one that isn't repulsed by a life like this. Ultimately the system is working as intended, and no one is coming to save us.

First I agree, but from personal experience absolutely no one cares what you do deep in 20 acres of forested land in a rural area where everyone is on the same page regarding distrust in the system.

There are legal ways around permits and building codes, ones that allow you to massively reduce costs which I won't detail here as the kikes will just correct them. Alternatively I've seen trailer setups, at least for the duration home construction lasts and the trailers are then renovated into guest homes. I'd personally take this over being a rentfag. It's so nice being able to shoot on your own land and just build shit when you're bored.

It is though. Houses used to depreciate in value long ago because they aged, so boomers could go by another. Nowadays the oldest houses still increase in value, the most decrepit get flipped, and the rest get bought up by the millions of shitskins the boomers let immigrate. On top of this, boomers weren't expected to live to 90 and most don't want to sell their house and live in a nursing home staffed by shitskins. Meanwhile the feds gutted the Canada Mortage and Housing Corporation and stopped building subsidized housing or towers, instead dumping the responsibility onto provinces and municipalities who didn't have big enough pockets to build such products. because we have so many shitskins and redtape, construction is expensive and new highrises need sprinklers in every room because shitskins keep setting fires.

I feel like even with an "okay" job making like $85k, you'd still have to live with the folks paying no rent, collabing on groceries and toiletries, and finding ways to aggressively invest your earnings. Otherwise you move out to what, pay like $1600-2200 in rent before utilities and services, plus another $1000-1500 in other mandatory spends like groceries, gas, insurance. That's $30,000 for just all of the basic shit, not even including car payments or college loans, and assuming no kids. So you get to save/invest like maybe $25k a year? Cool, homes are appreciating faster than that.

Anecdotally, I only know one person that bootstrapped their way into home ownership with no family help. Every single other home owner my age that I know inherited a house, or their parents bought them a house, or their parents gave them a zero interest loan for a house, etc.

>"okay" job making like $85k

Median income for a 30 year old in the USA is $55K a year. As in half of 30 year olds are making less than $55K a year. $85K a year wouldn't be "okay" it'd be pretty great.

Someone like Fuentes is going to run in 28 and he's going to obliterate his competition. You wanted National Socialism? You're getting it. China pivoted to it already.
