Spain/México literally named almost every place below the parallel N 35-38 in jewsa. They would have spread more up north if not for the anglolem having satan on their side.
Also, it's just IFs but IF the natives were not ravaged by virus, bacteria and plagues the spaniards knew nothing about, they would have turn to either allies and/or sometimes enemies of the spaniards. The conquista would have been so fast but it would have open up the possibility to equal trade between some natives and spaniards/euros.
Could have been interesting, the natives would have quickly upgraded their tech trees with european tech and who know what would have happened in nations/empires like the astecs of incas would have survived in their prime as trade partners with the spaniards instead of them both dying to plague in less than 50 years.
