I once received a call from a jeet named Pooboy (yes, actually. Dunno if it's actually fucking spelled that way, but I don't give a fuck) and he said "We have a very good business offer for you, saar" and I just immediately hung up before I started uncontrollably shouting slurs in public. Most of it originates from countries globohomo has a geopolitical stake in (India, Myanmar to name examples), so they don’t care how much the average American is harmed. My aunt got scammed by Pakis. They actually were rpetty elaborate, they had someone physically following her and threatening her. They claimed to be cops and she cattleishly slavishly obeyed them, and forked over 10k. I told her what a retard she was. I got a similar scam and I just kept telling the jeet that I was going to cook his family and eat them, until he hung up. Lmao

I was able to add a feature to my phone plan that forces people to solve a captcha over the phone in order to complete the call. Since then, I have received 0 scam calls. I've also received 0 cal from anyone else which is great too. Anyone that usually calls me does no junt to hear themselves speak and not exchange any useful information.

I was called by scammers before (including Indians), but what is bizarre is that they aren't trying to steal or sell me anything, one time I had one Indian babbling in Hindi for 2 minutes non stop, I am not even sure what it was, it didn't even sound like a conversation, he never stopped talking until I hung up, another time I got a call from a Belgian number, it was a woman speaking French who was "interested" in me, again she was just holding me on the line for 3 or 4 minutes before I got bored and hung up. If this is some kind of scam I am unaware of, I am not sure how they are benefiting from it, my best guess is they are farming numbers.

if you have time to spare, there's really no better thing you can do than waste their time. by any means necessary, just keep them on your call. a good way to begin is to say "will i need my bank information for this? let me go grab my files from the other room." BONER for the scammer. but you take 2-3 minutes looking because it's not where you thought it was. "there's only one other place it can be." another 2-3 minutes they're not interrupting someone else's day.
