Anyway, for that specifically, the term is incestual surrogacy. When presented in men, they'll treat a female relative as a sexual release valve(hence its rarity in men). In women though, that isn't enough to satisfy them. They'll aim for emotional, psychological, and relationship 'support/manipulation'. The sex stems from that angle due to how female sexuality and pairbonding work. That is also why it will inevitably turn sexual for them too. What's interesting is it isn't limited to offspring the behavior will also appear in siblings and such.

Depends on what topic exactly. Female rapists for example the rates have flatout exploded due to criminal prosecution bias, immunity to sex various crime charges(in many places charges are impossible), and flat out rewarded via child support. Imagine paying your rapist for the privilege of raping you and having your rapebaby. That is the reality. This fully extends to underage boys too.
