I aim to spend roughly 40/wk on groceries. I've done this for years. Granted I used to get a lot more for that amount but you can still make it work. I can't be positive but I'm nearly 100% certain I haven't eaten fast food this year at all. This wasn't even a goal it just kind of happened.
