Antinatalism is a position held by people who have already condemned the human race. So there's no value in engaging in good faith. This isn’t about whether anyone should have kids it’s about whether humanity deserves to exist, dressed up as a lifestyle debate.

For the people with a brain:
Antinatalism is a psyop. It preys on discontent to urge people to abandon their society and its future. As it spreads, communal strength withers. Antinatalism is psychological weapon wielded by jews and communists, even against their useful idiot liberal supporters in the West.

Antinatalism and it's dialectic is a jewish psyop designed to reduce white birthrates. The genetic imperative is an empirical fact and not subject to debate amongst rational persons. The jew creates the debate to legitimize the dialectic (pro vs anti), and when challeged they seek to frame the idea of their new invention "pro-natalism" as jewish in origin, suggesting "you're just creating more slaves" for the jews. This silences the opposition and promotes the desired end goal of reducing white birthrates.

The answer to the jew problem is not to kill your own children to tear down these power structures, but to kill theirs.
