In Capitalism, if I want to start an ice cream shop I need to
>acquire space
>acquire equipment
using capital.
If I want to start an ice cream shop under communism, what would that process look like?

You will also need trillions of dollars in investment to operate at a loss for years so that you can have any chance whatsoever of competing against the established oligopolies and gaining any sort of foothold in the industry.

Capital is what you use to cover your operating expenses until you're able to get a foothold. If you think only Amazon can start a business you are too retarded to look outside and see all the restaurants in your city

>Be me
>Start small business thanks to capitalism
>Have to have millions set aside not only to set up the business but to operate at a loss for years
>Business goes under anyways because some gigacorp decided to compete with your business using resources that can only be acquired by being a multibillionaire
>I'm no longer have a business
>Same gigacorp is also about to go under because of bad choices and giving execs million dollar bonuses
>They get bailed out by the US govt indefinitely

Aaaah, capitalism.

You can’t. Under communism all businesses are state controlled. There are some exceptions, but generally no, and they are rarely profitable.
