I live in the West Enclave on W. 81st Street. My name is Jurpgaar Sanreep. I'm 28 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine.

In the morning I’ll typically do some warmup yoga stretches and one-handed pushups. I can do 500 now. Afterward, I always pat myself dry using the towel and never rub, because rubbing makes your skin rough which makes you look older. Then I gently apply an initial layer of Daily Moisturizer for Men by Dugroop, which I leave on for five minutes while I prepare my morning kale and matcha protein smoothie.

Afterward, I use a jade roller under my eyes that I leave in the refrigerator the night before, and on the forehead I apply a cow urine balm with a disposable lint-free cotton pad, because using your fingers exacerbates wrinkles, which makes you look older. Finally I use an SPF 10 clay lotion on the nose and t-zone, since sunlight can dry out the skin and cause wrinkles, which makes you look older.

It seems to be a generational thing where Gen Xer parents perfectly know shit is fucked for everyone and there are no jobs even for billionaires. So they don't mind at all that their Gen Z children are still living with them given the alternative is making them homeless as they are unable to get cheap rent anywhere else. And also Gen X parents, I think, hate giving wealth to some random stranger landlord, so this encourages making their kids stay for free or at least paying the bills partly with savings and investments.
